Air Craft Parts

Air Cargo Expediters is currently working with a number of civil aircraft parts providers within the United States, to move spare parts overseas, to a number of different airlines. These shipments can range from a simple set of screws to an APU Unit, to larger shipments of Ground Handling Equipment.  While most of these shipments are time sensitive ( AOG ), some require ocean freight shipping services due to their size.

We are also provide return services for these airlines, bringing back items in need of certified repair or refurbishing.

Ship Spares

Similar to aircraft, ships are often in need of having spare parts moved throughout the world, to meet with ships requiring repairs to critical components. Air Cargo Expediters is able to provide this service in an efficient and timely manner. We ensure that this is done in the timeline required by the ships, as they often cannot afford to be held in dock due to a mechanical failure. We ensure that those ships receive the parts that they need in order to continue their voyage.

Medical Equipment

We are currently working with a number of medical organizations of all sizes, from the private doctor or dentist to large metropolitan hospitals. Air Cargo Expediters is handling shipments of medical equipment and supplies from U.S. distributors, as well as overseas manufacturers and distributors.

These shipments may be small air or LCL ocean shipments, or full air or ocean containers. We also have the capabilities to handle Hazmat shipments both in forwarding to assistance with packaging and helping to attain the necessary certifications.

Artwork

Our experience handling artwork ranges from providing shipping services directly to a gallery, to an individual artist, or to a private buyer. This may include single or multiple piece shipments by air directly, or, for larger shipments of multiple pieces, the shipment of full containers from an Auction or packing house, to a private individual, historical society or museum.

With our worldwide contacts of packing houses and shipping opportunities, we are able to provide the end consignee with a plurality of different means of packing, handling and transport.

Air Cargo Expediters has been in business for over 70 years, and thus, has had the opportunity to build our business on the basics of commodities such as Wearing Apparel, Footwear, Furniture , Household Goods, Electronics and the occasional really odd commodity.

With our extensive network of worldwide contacts, we can offer our customers the knowledge necessary to navigate the world’s customs and procedures, so that they are fully able to understand the benefits and pitfalls of world trade and how to profit from overseas suppliers. We are able to do this without incurring expensive additional costs commonly hidden in international shipments.
